We want you to love your purchase.

If it's not quite right, you can return it free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order.

Simply email balmainboutique@gmail.com or SMS 0450 007 006 to let us know you'd like to make a return.
We'll respond personally and email you a prepaid Australia Post return label.

Keep your tracking receipt until your return has been processed.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be:

Unworn and in original condition.
Clothing must have all original tags attached.
Returned in its original shoe box and original packaging.
Free from marks, damage or signs of wear.
In a condition suitable for resale.

Please try shoes on indoors, on carpet or a clean towel until you're sure they're the perfect fit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We're happy to help. If your preferred size or colour is available, we'll send your replacement as quickly as possible.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply:
