I have a medium width foot, but a narrow heel and thin/narrow ankle. The Koru base, especially with laces, works well for me and these are no exception. These are an especially good style for my feet because the bootie can be tightened around the ankle with the laces making them extremely stable and preventing slipping in the heel. The leather of these is extremely soft and flexible, comfortable right out of the box. They look a little orthopedic from the front as the black is quite plain, but the embroidery saves them from really looking like old lady shoes.These are the most comfortable shoes I own.Runs Small
Although the booty is awesome, I feel it runs small. Very snug around the toes. If you are in between sizes definitely order up!

These are very cute and confortable with good arch support and easy to put on because of the side zipper. I highly recommend. I have several pairs of Naot shoes and they last forever.
